Sign Your Name for Choice

January 22, 2004 marks the 31st anniversary of Roe v. Wade. North Carolina NOW is sponsoring a full page signature ad in support of reproductive rights for all women, regardless of economic status in NC. You can help preserve your and other’s reproductive rights by including your name, and getting the names of your pro-choice friends and family. The ad will appear in the Independent on Wednesday, Jan 21, 2004.

The signature ad is significant for many reasons:
It is a physical representation of support for reproductive choice within NC.

Copies of the ad are distributed to all NC legislators sending a strong message of support for choice.

Any revenue generated from the aid supports the North Carolina Women’s Lobby Project, which implements the legislative agenda of NC NOW, employs a professional lobbyist, and organizes grassroots lobbying. NC NOW is the only organization with a lobbyist every day in the legislature working for women’s rights and representing the strong pro-choice constituency in North Carolina.

This ad benefits all pro-choice women in North Carolina.
