Please join us for the 2010 NC NOW State Conference. This statewide event brings feminists from across North Carolina together to give us opportunities to learn, discuss and strategize. We are having a panel discussing the multiple attacks on reproductive rights – health insurance, anti-abortion clinics (Crisis Pregnancy Centers), harassment at women's clinics, and related legislation. We will have workshops, including one given by Charlotte NOW on helping women at work and a CEDAW (Convention for the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women) presentation by WomenNC. Our conference will run from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (registration begins at 8:30 a.m.) Lunch is included. The conference will be in Fayetteville, NC.
